Warranty and Service Terms & Conditions

1. Limited Warranty on Repairs

   • All repairs performed by Tech Titan are covered by a 90-day limited warranty on labor and any replacement parts provided by us.

   • This warranty begins on the date the device is returned to the client.

2. Exclusions from Warranty
   The following conditions are not covered under this warranty:

   • Devices or components that have been subjected to liquid damage (including corrosion, moisture, or residue).

   • Physical damage occurring after the repair, including drops, impacts, cracked screens, or bent frames.

   • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, or third-party repairs.

   • Pre-existing conditions not related to the specific repair performed.

   • Software issues, data corruption, malware, or viruses.

3. Parts Warranty

   • Warranty coverage applies only to the specific parts replaced or repaired by Tech Titan.

   • Parts provided by the client (customer-supplied parts) are not covered under any warranty.

4. Data Responsibility

   • Clients are responsible for backing up all personal data prior to service.

   • Tech Titan is not liable for loss of data, programs, or files during service or repair.

5. Liability Limitations

   • Tech Titan is not responsible for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the repair, use, or inability to use the serviced device.

   • Warranty claims are limited to re-performing the repair or replacing the defective part at no additional labor charge.

6. Warranty Service Process

   • To make a warranty claim, the client must return the device to Tech Titan within the 90-day warranty period, along with proof of service.

   • Warranty claims will be evaluated by a technician to confirm eligibility.
